2012年１月２日撮影。料金は大人410円。本来は阪急の西京極駅、またはJRの西大路駅からだと徒歩10分程度で天翔の湯に着きますが、当日、四条烏丸から歩いて京都見物をしたため、天翔の湯に入って、それから京都駅近く経由でまた四条烏丸まで歩いて戻りましたので、動画は天翔の湯から京都駅に行く方法で撮影。天翔の湯から京都駅までは徒歩で25分前後だと思います。京都駅から七条通りを左に曲がってひたすらそのまま歩くと天翔の湯に着きます（バスだと京都駅から市バスは「洛西バスターミナル」行きで、京阪バスは「JR亀岡駅」行きで、月読橋で下車して徒歩2分以内）。天翔の湯の源泉は加温（沸かし湯）されています。一応、「源泉かけ流し銭湯」とタイトルを書きましたが、もしかしたら湯船の湯は循環しているのではと少し思いましたが、間違いなく源泉は2つの箇所から出し続けられています。うち1箇所には飲泉可能の表示がされています。大人料金410円で本物の温泉気分が京都市内で堪能できます。なお天翔の湯には、通常の水沸かし湯船もあります。
